Bottega Rossi is a small Italian deli in Bath. Salumi and cheese come off the flywheel slicer while you wait, the focaccia is baked each morning, and the pasta is rolled out the back. Nothing sits in a fridge wrapped in plastic hoping someone turns up.

Made while you wait.

Rosemary focaccia baked each morning, split and filled to order: mortadella and pistachio, mozzarella di bufala, basil, a thread of green olive oil. Eat it warm, on the step outside, before it gets home.

We know who made it.

The prosciutto comes from one family in Parma, the oil from one grove in Puglia. Small producers, named on the label, bought direct. Ask us about any of it and you'll get a longer answer than you wanted.
